12-channel 16Gbps VCSEL Driver with 250μm Pitch (WB)

The FLO16812 VCSEL driver array is a key component for compact, high-reliability, and low-power optical transceiver modules. The chip incorporates CML inputs, laser drivers, and monitoring functions. When combined with a VCSEL array, it enables complete electrical-to-optical signal conversion. Standard silicon technology and a minimal number of additional components allow for cost-effective and compact assembly.
