PHC31008
8-Channel Integer-N Clock Generator
The PHC31008 is an 8-output, ultra-low-power PCIe Generation 1/2/3/4 clock generator. This device takes a 25MHz crystal oscillator or CMOS reference signal as input and generates 100MHz low-power differential HCSL outputs with on-chip termination. The on-chip termination design eliminates 32 external resistors, simplifying PCB layout. The device also provides an additional buffered reference output to supply a low-noise reference source for other circuits.
This product achieves ultra-low jitter, meeting the specifications of PCIe Generations 1/2/3/4. Additionally, it allows flexible configuration of output slew rate, amplitude, and other parameters via configuration pins or SMBUS, enabling users to optimize performance for their respective boards. The device also supports an optional spread spectrum function to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) in various applications.
