FLO16012 is a 12-channel trans-impedance limiting amplifier array designed for the 200G parallel optical interconnect market.Combined with PIN photodetectors, it enables the design of high-capacity and high-reliability optical modules for data communication applications.This product operates on a 3.3V single power supply and integrates 12 channels of trans-impedance amplifiers (TIA), limiting amplifiers (LA), and CML output driver stages.Each channel also integrates automatic gain control (AGC) and signal detection (SD) circuitry.
