Actively responding to the "36 New Policies for Wuxi Chips" and accelerating the layout of the integrated circuit industry
Recently, the Wuxi Municipal People's Government issued a notice on "Several Policies to Accelerate the Construction of Integrated Circuit Landmark Industries with International Influence". This policy shall be implemented from the date of issuance and shall be valid until December 31, 2025.
This policy contains a total of 36 policy opinions. In terms of implementing tax incentives, the deduction ratio for R&D expenses of eligible integrated circuit enterprises has been increased from 75% to 100%; In promoting the empowerment of industry development by the fund, it is planned to establish a city integrated circuit industry development guidance fund with a total scale of 5 billion yuan.
Among them, the billion yuan level funding support includes: coordinating relevant special funds to increase support for the integrated circuit industry, with a total of no less than 300 million yuan arranged annually; Provide up to 100 million yuan in funding support for the newly introduced top talent team in integrated circuits on a case by case basis.
