Job Introduction
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing technical support to customers, answering their questions about product applications, technical principles, and other aspects related to clocks and Seders products, ensuring that customers can use the products correctly.
2. Assist the sales team in communicating with customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs, provide professional technical solutions and suggestions based on their application scenarios for clocks and Seders products, and promote the achievement of sales business.
3. Participate in product testing and validation work, conduct testing on clock and Seders products in different environments, provide timely feedback on test results and issues, and assist the R&D team in optimizing product performance.
4. Collect feedback information on clock and Seders products in the market, including competitor product dynamics, customer expectations for product functionality and performance, etc., to provide a basis for the company's product development and market strategy adjustments.
5. Assist the internal team of the company, such as marketing, sales, research and development, in conducting training on clocks and Seders products to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, communication, automation or related majors.
2. Familiar with the principles, architecture, and applications of clocks and Seders products, with over 3 years of relevant work experience, and practical project application experience is preferred.
3. Have solid knowledge of analog and digital circuits, and be proficient in reading and analyzing circuit schematics.
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from different departments.
5. Strong problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate problems and provide effective solutions when facing customer technical issues and product failures.
6. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new products and technologies, and adapt to the rapidly developing needs of the industry.
